Here is a breakdown of what to expect when we clean each serviced area:

Bathrooms:

The mirrors, toilets, shower, and bathtub will be cleaned.

Kitchen:

Wiping down appliances, clean counters, sinks, cabinet doors

Rooms:

Linens will be changed with a different linen of choice and beds will be made with a general tidy of the room including wiping down night stands and/or dressers

General:

Will take out any remaining garbage and recycling

Restock toilet paper and paper towels with what you have on hand

All floors will be vacuumed, swept, and/or mopped

Cleaning schedule:

Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, seasonal, yearly

We can also clean for special occasions (call for more information)

All prices below are the base prices. All prices can go up due to the severity of the clean and/or any additional services you would like to add.

Regular cleaning by Sqft:

Up to 1,500: $150-300

1500-2000sqft: $200-400

2000-2500sqft: $250-500

2500-3000sqft: $300-600

If space is above 3,000 please call us and we can discuss how to best fulfill your needs.

Deep cleaning by Sqft:

Up to 1,500: $180-375

1500-2000sqft: $240-500

2000-2500sqft: $300-625

2500-3000sqft: $360-750
